Menomonie City Council Meeting for 11/16/2020

The Access Code for the meeting is 867 3293 4990. Individuals appearing in person will be seated in the Council Chambers, subject to the social distancing rules. The budget motion passed unanimously after some discussion about the Mabel Tainter.

B. Proposed Ice Skating Rink agreement – discussion and possible motion of action

The lease agreement for a 1-year lease for one dollar was passed unanimously.

A. Proposed resolution adopting the Dunn County Natural Hazards Mitigation Plan - discussion and possible resolution adoption

B. Proposed Option Agreement amendment with Hidden Valley Commercial Properties, LLC – discussion and possible motion approving

Passed unanimously.

C. Proposed Letter of Intent with Beton-Stahl to lease additional City Hall office space  - discussion and possible motion approving

This is the space that is currently occupied by Dunn County Economic Development. The change will take place Jan. 1. The company is a concrete structural engineering firm.

This was passed unanimously.

D. Proposed 2021 - 2022 contract with the Dunn County Humane Society – discussion and possible motion approving

E. Proposed 2021 - 2023 contract with Kleven Property Assessment for Revaluation and Maintenance assessment services – discussion and possible motion approving

F. Proposed 2021 – 2023 agreement with the Menomonie Rural Fire and Ambulance District – discussion and possible motion approving
