In case you're wondering
We had a little problem this morning upgrading some software on the site. We're still looking into that, but we then needed to do a restore from this morning's backup to recover, so what should have been a 10-minute planned outage turned into an hour-long unplanned outage. Anyway, everything is now recovered.
