I am an experienced Coordinator of School Nutrition in a district with 10,800 students in Sheboygan WI. I continue to use the Harvest of the Month local foods I started in another district and the new Harvest of the Week foods in our meal programs. We are actively working on more scratch cooking, increasing local foods, and local collaborations. We have gone from tray pack meals to bulk heat and serve schools all with salad bars in the last three years. We continually taste test our food with our customers the students and menu their selections.
