Trains cost money, but highways are free?

Headline of the day:

High-speed rail carries high costs, Walker says

And highways, of course, are free.

What can you expect from a guy who said awhile back that his idea of public transportation is for everyone to have a car?

Is there any irony in the fact that he says he'd accept the $823-million in federal money if it came with more money to cover operating costs,, but he doesn't want Wisconsin to have to come up with it?

Does he think federal money is not tax money? That's something conservatives usually try to say about liberals.
