It appears that the great Facebook outage of 2019 is over
It's not your imagination. Facebook has been only slightly functional for the last few hours. Downdetector shows world-wide outages, but it seems things may be worse than what appears on their map. I also tried looking at the Facebook Developer's Dashboard but --- it's down too. Facebook has stated that they are working on the problem and that it is not related to a DDOS attack.
We have obtained a video of Facebook's IT support department shown below.
