Pablo Center announces initial schedule

The Pablo Center at the Confluence has announce the initial schedule for their opening season. The schedule includes a mix of local peformance groups, films, and performers brought in from far and wide. Highlights for me are likely to include Ailey II, Kate Lindsey and  Baptiste Trotignon, Cassel/Block, and The Blind Boys of Alabama. The complete Pablo schedule brochure is linked below.

Over 500 people came to Wilson Park in Eau Claire today to protest the border policies of the Trump administration, particularly the separation of families. This is a quick edit of the entire event, the speeches, and the brief march afterward. The speakers brought a powerful message about immigrants, fairness, and the reality of what immigrants face coming to the United States today.
