Menomonie Market Food Co-op has received a grant from The Micah Fund, a fund of The Community Foundation of Dunn County. The $3000 award will further support the co-op's Double Dollars food access program, which incentivizes FoodShare participants to purchase more fresh fruits and vegetables. Any customer using their FoodShare card to buy fruits or vegetables any Tuesday receives a voucher to match up to $10 to be redeemed for fruits or vegetables on their next visit.

$4 dinners at Menomonie Market

Pulled Pork Dinner

A new project at the Menomonie Market Food Co-op is the $4 dinner. Every Wednesday from 4:30 to 7:30 the Co-op offers a different $4 dinner. I go almost every week now, and it's a chance to have a wholesome, healthy, filling dinner at a low price. Take-out dinners are also available at the same price. There is a link to the dinner menu for the next few weeks below.

Menomonie Market Holiday Open House

The Menomonie Market Holiday Open House was a big success - lots of people came into the store to try special and new foods for the holidays. Cheeses, olive oil, wine, spririts, fruits and more were on display and on sale at the co-op. The event also featured live music from two of the co-op board members, Gary Johson and Patrick Pesek-Herriges.
