Joe Luginbill released a statement today about his disappearance and the financial troubles he has left in Eau Claire. The document is attached below.

I feel it is important to make a statement to the media at this time. I know that my absence has led many to ask questions, and I regret how it has left people in the dark.

This morning local TV station WQOW announced that the Eau Claire Police Department launched a formal investigation into the finances of Joe Luginbill's family foundation in October.
