This is your opportunity to be heard about the new state budget. Joint Finance Committee meetings are being held around the state over the next two weeks. In Western Wisconsin the best opportunity is the meeting in River Falls which is detailed here.
Joint Finance Committee members will be holding public budget hearings across the state to give Wisconsin citizens the opportunity to discuss Governor Evers’ budget proposal.
JFC members will be hosting a budget listening session on Monday, April 15 in River Falls. This event will be open to the public, and local residents are encouraged to attend, learn more about the budget, and share their comments with legislators.
