Create a content type

Add in the section and audience fields to content typ - either in normal way or from groups configure.

Create views

Create a fiew filtered on space and section, and expose whatever settings are appropriate.  Probably want to make the exposed filters you're allowing be set to the Open Atrium type and collapse (if you're exposing to the user) and turn on ajax.

Create section layout

Make a Section under Open Atrium   Set it in the taxonomy for sections.
