The Spring Conservation Congress is your opportunity to weigh in with the Wisconsin DNR on many different matters of importance for conservation in the state. The Conservation Congress was started in 1934 by Aldo Leopold and is the only structure of its type in the US. The spring Public Hearing and County Meeting opens at 7 PM tonight and runs for 72 hours.

You may answer the questions posed in this year's survey by going to https://dnr.wisconsin.gov/about/wcc/springhearing and filling out the form. The list of this year's issues is here. Although the votes of the congress are not binding, they are heavily used by the DNR in making decisions for the upcoming year.
