Tickets are still available* for Farm to Flavor 2017!* The Seed to Kitchen Collaborative <> is a project of the UW-Madison that brings farmers, chefs and plant breeders together to improve the flavor, quality and productivity of common vegetable crops for organic agriculture in the upper Midwest. *Every year, we and Allen Centennial Gardens co-host a unique dinner event called Farm to Flavor, <>*featuring unusual and delicious varieties from our trials on small plate dishes created by some of Madison's most talented chefs. This year's event is coming up on August 24, and will be held at the Discovery Building atrium on the UW campus in Madison. Please consider joining us! Admission to this event is free for farmers participating in our variety trials, and $25 for everyone else.
