This is the start of a new series of articles about our favorite things in the Chippewa Valley. Today's is the Menomonie Winter Farmers Market.  For the winter, the Menomonie Farmers Market moves indoors, and features a variety of winter foods, crafts, art, baked goods and more. Jams and jellies, meat, eggs, bread, jewelry, and more can be found at the market. You can also buy some of Jan Erdman's socks, which she makes right at the market on her sock-making machine. The items change week by week, but there's always something great at the Menomonie Winter Farmers Market.
