A discussion about what happens when people experience a major and destabilizing exit, either voluntarily, or involuntary, from pandemics, political losses, suicide or the losses of growing old.
There are healthy and not so healthy ways to manage these events in our lives.
We will talk (and I encourage sharing of experiences) about a framework for healthier relationships with those around us as we/or they are buffeted by the many exits in our lives.
