Do you love to learn new cooking techniques? Do you like pasta? You're going to love gnocchi then!! These pillowy morsels are so fun to make and we're going to learn to make them together. Kitchen Technique will be providing you with recipe(s) and preparations on how to make gnocchi as well as enjoying a dish prepared by chef. Kitchen Technique is an educational forum; focusing on the preparations, culinary technique, origin/history, and most importantly acquainting each other with the theme of this class.

Discover and demo games, virtual reality, and interactive experiences created​ by students ranging from first year to senior from UW-Stout's two Game Design and Development programs.

Play a variety of game mediums designed by first-year through senior students! Tablet, desktop, to console games - it's fun for the whole family! The event is free and located in the Great Hall of the Memorial Student Center.

A timeless voice outlasts eras. It feels just as at home in the sixties as it does in the TikTok age. It also resounds louder as time goes on. Haley Reinhart brandishes such a voice. The expansive scope of her range comes into full focus on her 4th album, Lo-Fi Soul. In many ways, Haley began working towards this album and her artistry as a child. Mom and dad share a MidnightBand, and unsurprisingly, their daughter would sing before she could talk. She spent countless hours engaged in rhyming games with her mother or locked into a call-and-response as a baby with her father.

Spur Crazy Band is a 5 piece band from the Eau Claire area playing 50's & 60's, Classic Rock and Country music.
