We don’t restrict the type of idea you can submit, but it’s important to remember we are looking for high-growth ideas that have scale.

UW Stout Free Speech Week

MENOMONIE — Free speech on college campuses will be the topic of a panel discussion Monday night as UW-Stout Center for the Study of Institutions and Innovation kicks off Free Speech Week events.

The panel will include Chancellor Bob Meyer; Tim Higgins, a member of the UW System Board of Regents; and John Nichols, associate editor of the Capital Times newspaper in Madison. Moderating the event will be Timothy Shiell, the center’s director. It will begin at 7 p.m. in room 290 of Micheels Hall, 410 10th Ave. E.
