When: Monday, Apr 10, 2017, 7:00PM

Spring is here, and with the changing of the season comes the Spring Hearings for the Wisconsin Conservation Congress and your opportunity to participate in working towards building on our natural resources heritage and legacy.  We are the only state in the union that has such a system, where residents and citizens can directly work with leadership in the management of OUR natural resources.

The date for the Spring Hearings is Monday, April 10th, 2017 in each of our 72 counties.  All meetings start at 7:00 PM.

A listing of statewide locations can be found here:

The Spring Hearing Questionnaire is available for review online, and can be found here:

County residents can submit resolutions for consideration at the Spring Hearings.  Resolutions will be voted on that evening by those in attendance at the county's meeting, and successful resolutions will be advanced to our Rules and Resolutions Committee for assignment to specific committee's.  This starts the process by which a resolution could be included in the statewide Questionnaire the following year.

Information on submitting resolution can be found here:

Also, elections are held to vote 2 delegates from each county to serve on the Conservation Congress.  Information on the election process, and eligibility requirements for those looking to get involved, can be found here:
