842 positive COVID-19 cases in Wisconsin, 13 deaths

Today's Wisconsin COVID-19 cases are now up to 842, an increase of 135 since yesterday. There are now 13 reported deaths in the state, up from eight reported yesterday. 13,140 negative tests were reported. The new deaths are almost all among African-American patients in Milwaukee.

Directly relating could be a graph showing the availability and use of test kits by date. Secondly, the African-American deaths may corelate to other types of death within that group, one such is the number of infant and mother deaths in that group being higher than other racial groups. Lack of better care, and lack of going in without insurance coverage.
