Each school submitted staffing requests for next year. The total of all requests is about 1.8 million dollars. The requests are being split into services just to keep up with current services (Level 1). Level 2 is additional staffing requests of about $523k.  These are seen as beneficial to the students. Level 2 includes additional music, counseling, a transition coordinator, etc.   Level 3 and 4 are also considered good services but there likely will not be funding for all of that. The current budget reflects an additional $200 per student in funding but it is currently not clear what the state budget will look like. The hiring environment is competitive and it is hoped that some of these jobs could be posted soon.  #000000;" class="XXXXXXui-corner-all item prevnext agendaorder public">There was some discussion about the different levels and possibilities of some adjustments. #000000;" class="XXXXXXui-corner-all item prevnext agendaorder public"> #000000;" class="XXXXXXui-corner-all item prevnext agendaorder public">C. 4K Programming Agreements #000000;" class="XXXXXXui-corner-all item prevnext agendaorder public">DIscussion of increases in funding for 4K programming. #000000;" class="XXXXXXui-corner-all item prevnext agendaorder public"> #000000;" class="XXXXXXui-corner-all item prevnext agendaorder public">D. SDMA Employee Compensation for 2019-2020 #000000;" class="XXXXXXui-corner-all item prevnext agendaorder public">CPI will increase salaries.
