Is your palate looking for a kick? We’ve got you covered!
In this class, we’ll learn how to make kimchi—a staple of every Korean meal—and several other Korean side dishes. Then we’ll prepare our main course, pork wraps (bossam), the traditional way—boiled instead of roasted.
Bossam consists of sliced pork belly that is wrapped in a cabbage or lettuce leaf along with rice, radish salad (musaengchae), and salted shrimp (saewujeot). In addition to being delicious, it’s super fun to eat because you get to wrap each bite-sized morsel as you go!
Come ready eat with your hands and experience a bounty of new flavors and textures!
