Blacklight Sunburn, formerly Open Investigation, is a fusion of 60’s to 70’s style Classic Rock and Blues with Folk-Rock harmonies. Blacklight Sunburn has taken it to the next level with original music, and original arrangements of classic songs. After touring nationally and regionally for 12 years with Murphey’s Midnight Rounders, Brad Murphey and Teresa Frank took time off to feed the cats and plant a garden. But, since music is an evolutionary process, Brad had to keep writing (or go insane...or both). They found Lead Singer Dana Freund online and Open Investigation was born. They added Drummer Billy Cooney and Guitarist Nick Peters to the mix (who knows more about music than anyone cares to admit) and the result was a full sound with lots of emotion. Open Investigation took a classic approach to their music, so where better to start than Classic Rock and Blues? What better to add in than 2 and 3 part vocals, hard-driving, foundational bass lines and sensitive, melodic guitar riffs? Open Investigation released their first CD in October 2021. The pre-release, called “Casualty” was released as a single in October 2020 and has been receiving airplay on radio stations and online radio formats. Open Investigation evolved to Blacklight Sunburn in 2023 and has a more acoustic sound.

The Bistro serves wood-fired pizza, paninis, soup, and salad. We also have meat and cheese trays if you are just looking for a snack. Galen has a huge selection of beer and seltzer drinks on hand also!
The Farmhouse offers a variety of coffee, tea, smoothies, and of course, WINE! However, Dina's homemade desserts seem to be everyone's favorites.
Both our Bistro and Farmhouse offer gluten free, dairy free, and vegan options.
Vino Cappuccino has a large yard for nearly unlimited outdoor seating. We have a new addition this year to our yard...an originally designed, one-of-a-kind double decker! What is a double decker? Come find out!
Vino Cappuccino is the ideal place to gather with old friends, meet new friends, and relax in a calm, rural environment. We have many pets on the property:
