However, 2020 brought new challenges to many of us, which can make it difficult for some to feel grateful. That’s why it’s so important to find things to be thankful for, especially during stressful times like we are experiencing during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Join Mayo Clinic Health System for a free, month-long self-guided virtual program to help you improve your mental well-being through daily journaling. Practicing thankfulness is one way to boost your spirits, feel happier and enhance your overall health. This community-wide program is appropriate for adults and youth. Feel free to share this program with friends and family as well as teachers and other youth leaders.
