Participants will receive recipes, resources, and samples. This class is ideal for people interested in improving digestion, weight, children’s health, immune defenses, nutrient intake, hormone balance, anti-aging functions, and managing symptoms of chronic and degenerative diseases. Cultured vegetables are safe and beneficial for pregnant women and pets!​

PARKING: We would love for you to park in the south side of the parking lot surrounding the shed.

All classes are held in Menomonie Market’s upstairs classroom. Stairs and elevator can be found at the back of the store within the meat department. Any food purchased at Menomonie Market can be brought to the classroom to enjoy during this class.
