In this hands-on class you will learn how to bake, sauté, and fry with cast iron. Learn the proper cleaning, storage, and seasoning techniques needed to keep your cast iron in great condition. Cost: $15

All classes are held in Menomonie Market’s upstairs classroom. Stairs and elevator can be found at the back of the store within the meat department. Any food purchased at Menomonie Market can be brought to the classroom to enjoy during this class.
