This four-week virtual program is designed to help the community improve its mental well-being through daily journaling, and we?d love to see this effort extended to the youth. Practicing mindful thankfulness is one way to boost spirits, feel happier and enhance overall health.

This community program is appropriate for adults and youth. Feel free to share this program with friends and family as well as teachers and other youth leaders.

Those who formally sign up can expect weekly emails that will provide resources about the importance of gratitude, mindfulness and kindness. At the end of the program, you will receive an evaluation via email; complete the evaluation to receive a small participation gift for yourself and every person in your group.
