The Journal Sentinel:

Madison -- Gov. Scott Walker said Sunday the quick passage of local union contracts around in the state in recent weeks shows public workers aren’t committed to paying more for their retirement and health care.

“We’ve seen union local after union local … rush through contracts that had no pension contributions,” Walker said in an appearance on NBC’s “Meet the Press.”

If, in fact, there have been any contracts ratified in the last couple of weeks, it has been because they were negotiated and ratified by the union and the employer.

Only in Walker's imagination can a union rush pass a contract on its own.

But when Walker's in spin mode, anything goes.  What's worse, no one even questions it.
