They sort of slipped by wirthout much notice, but Walker's office issued a series of four news releases in late February, each one titled, "Why Collective bargaining is a fiscal issue."

So now the Republicans have decided that collective bargaining is NOT a fiscal issue. 

They should tell it to the judge,
