Walker's DOA Pressuring Madison Police Department to Release Protest Crowd Numbers That are 1/2 to 1/3 the Actual Amount

On the one hand you have the Department of Administration in court and erecting concrete barriers to control the huge crowds of protesters. And on the other hand, they have been routinely pressuring the Madison Police Department to use their estimates of crowd numbers, which are always 1/2 to 1/4 of the Madison Police Department's estimate.
