Gov. Scott Walker's much-touted tax break for small business turns out to be much less than advertised, according to the Journal Sentinel's PolitiFact, which often is not all it's cracked up to be, either.

For half of the small businesses with gross receipts of less than $500,000 (the qualifying level for the tax break), the average credit would be -- are you ready? -- about one dollar.

Wait till those Illinois businesses Walker's wooing hear that. It could be the biggest thing since the Oklahoma land rush.  We'll have to fight them off with a stick.
