Scott Walker appears to be under the delusion that his election was a mandate from all of the voters in the United States, and based on that, the President should just throw away an act of Congress, abandon a national rail program, and give him $810-million. Doesn't seem likely.
Having gotten his picture and a front page mention in the NY Times once this week, maybe he thinks he can become a daily national story. Good luck with that. If he continues, he will soon be a national laughingstock.
