Walker Shrugs and Declares, "There are Plenty of Jobs Out There"

Governor Scott Walker set a goal of creating 250,000 jobs in his first term, but as the clock ticks down to zero, Wisconsin isn't even projected to hit half of that goal. And we're last in the midwest and 35th in the country in job growth since Walker took office. 

The problem, though-- according to Walker-- isn't that enough jobs have been created, but that there aren't enough workers out there that can pass a drug test:
