Walker's oft-repeated refrain is disarmingly blunt: "We're broke," he told reporters Monday, before repeating himself for the umpteenth time in his Firesale (whoops, that's Fireside) Chat on TV. "You really can't negotiate when you don't have money to negotiate with." But what does that mean in .... ENGLISH? It means this:

"We're a broken record. You can't really negotiate with me when I don't have any campaign money from you, and when I want more power."
