Walker Flagrantly Disobeying Court Order to Re-Open Capitol

As of 1:35 PM, today, Scott Walker was materially disobeying a court order that he re-open the capitol to the public.

In a move to skirt the order, Walker's Department of Administration has ordered the Capitol Police to let in one person in for every one person that leaves. So, in other words, in order for anyone to get in, someone must leave.

So, for example, if my daughter and I wanted to get into the capitol, I could go in, but in order for my daughter to enter, I would have to come back out.

That is not obviously open to public.

Scott Walker is openly disobeying a court order and not following the law. It's that simple.
