Unemployment Goes Up in 53 Counties: Walker Sends out Release Bragging about the Other 19

If you just flew in from outer-space, everything you need to know about Governor Scott Walker can be summed up in his latest press release, where even though the unemployment rate increased in 53 of Wisconsin's 72 counties, he shamelessly brags in the release that "rates either decreased or remained the same in 19 of Wisconsin’s 72 counties from October 2013 to November 2013!"

That's a bit like the captain of the Titanic bragging about the passengers that didn't drown.
