The crisis at Scott Walker’s County Mental Health Complex has gone on for far too long, and it’s time for some accountability from the man in charge.
He pretends otherwise, but the man in charge would be Scott Walker, the guy who wants voters to judge him on his executive abilities based on what he's done in Milwaukee County.
