DARLENE WINK: Great! We're organizing a Surprise Scott birthday party for you! It's going to be a surprise!
WALKER: It sure will! Hey, keep up the good work.
WINK: Will do.
WALKER: But Darlene....
WINK: Yes?
WALKER: Remember: No campaigning on county time. That would be against our policy.
WINK: Yeah, cuz I wouldn't want to go to jail!
WALKER (gesturing): Nudge, nudge, wink, wink!
