Paul Ryan has gotten enough notoriety that half of the people in a national survey have an opinion about him. But they're split 23 positive and 26 negative, and 51% say they aren't sure, maybe because they never heard of him or don't know enough about him.
They know what they think about his Medicare plan, though. No matter how you ask the question, they think it stinks.
