You would expect a Ryan for President draft to start in Wisconsin, where he'd be a favorite son candidate. But a straw poll at Saturday's state GOP convention,conducted by WisPolitics.com didn't even list him on the ballot, and of 301 delegates voting only seven bothered to write him in.
