After decades in politics, I should be cynical enough to know better. But it is impossible not to think that what's happening here in the last few weeks may be the start of the movement we need to take our state back and return it to its progressive heritage. It will take a long, hard, sustained effort. Those are hard to maintain. But the people of Wisconsin have given every indication in the last few weeks that they may be ready to do just that.
