Quinnipiac University has run four national polls since last April and one candidate is the clear winner in the fastest riser category: Wisconsin Governor Scott Walker.
Since April, Walker has improved from two percent to six percent among Republican presidential primary voters, which is impressive considering that only four of the other major presidential candidates also improved during that time. Meanwhile, U.S. Rep. Paul Ryan has fallen four points:
