Scott Walker continues to round up millions of dollars from around the country as he takes advantage of the Wisconsin recall law's provision that lawmakers who are recall targets can raise unlimited amounts of cash in response. Walker has already pocketed around $12 million with more no doubt to come, not to mention the tens of millions of super PAC monies that likely will pour into the state on Walker's behalf.

Democrats challenging Walker can't raise unlimited dollars and probably will have much smaller war chests. So Scotty's unbeatable, right? Not according to his conservative GOP comrade-in-arms, Newt Gingrich.

After his victory in the South Carolina Republican presidential primary, Gingrich noted that rival Mitt Romney had spent a ton of money campaigning in the state. Gingrich added:

"We don't have the kind of money at least one of the candidates has. But we do have ideas. And we do have people. And we proved here in South Carolina that people power with the right ideas beats big money."

Buh-bye, Scotty!
