New UW PR Director Jim Villa Made Bigoted Remark About Coke Ad That Embraced Diversity

Today it was that longtime Walker confidant and a central figure in the John Doe scandal, Jim Villa, will be overseeing the UW's public relations and lobbying effots.

As he steps into his new post, Villa may want to brush up on his diplomacy and minority outreach skills.

Shortly after Coca-Cola debuted its Superbowl commercial featuring people of different ethnicities singing America the Beautiful in different languagesVilla posted to his Facebook page, "Another reason why I hate Coca Cola..."

Villa also made another questionable post last December when Duck Dynasty star Phil Robertson was in the news for making horribly racist, sexist and homophobic comments.  Villa again took to facebook, but not to condemn Robertson.  Instead, Villa offered-up some false equivalency and wrote in a Facebook post, "I'm glad all you blowhards on both sides can now find something else to fight about."

Villa is the latest of several Walker aides discovered to have made bigoted remarks on social media.
