You say it was a little inconvenient to go to West Allis on a Wednesday morning and wait for six hours to express your opinion about a proposed new mining bill?

I hear you.  There were 144 people registered to speak when i checked in and registered in opposition to the bill, which basically offers northern Wisconsin's natural resources as a payoff for corporate blackmail.

But your voice can still be heard (to the extent that the Republican majority is listening to anyone).  Simply write your testimony and email it to State Rep. Mary Williams (R-Medford), who chairs the Assembly Committee on Jobs, Economy and Small Business.

It is better to write your testimony as a Word document and attach it to an email, rather than just sending an email.  That will get it into the committee record.
