Minnesota Sees Drop in Unemployment Rate in Nearly All Counties... WI? Not So Much

From January to February, the vast majority of Minnesota's counties saw a drop in their unemployment rate, while 69 of Wisconsin 72 counties saw an increase in their unemployment rate. 

The Wisconsn Department of Workforce Development clarimed "rate increases from January to February are typical."

Typical, huh?  Typical for Wisconsin under Scott Walker, maybe, but obviously if it were typical we would see Minnesota share in this January to February phenomenon.
