Minimizing Walker's damage

Wisconsin will keep only a fraction of the $810 million it won in federal high-speed rail money, while the rest will help fund train lines in California, Florida, Illinois and other states.-- Journal Sentinel story by Larry Sanders.

If you read a little farther, you'll learn that the fraction is 1/410. Wisconsin may get $2-million of $810-million it was awarded.

Some fraction.

The newspaper, in an editorial, bemoans the decision, although it knew full well that was Scott Walker's intent when the paper endorsed him for governor.  Four years of buyer's remorse ahead?
