Yesterday Governor Scott Walker announced that, with only nine months left in his first term, Wisconsin had created only 101,000 jobs—well short of his goal of 250,000 jobs, and 37th in job growth among the 50 states.   But just how short Walker is of his goal is truly breathtaking:  Not only will he not reach 250,000 jobs at the end his first term, but he is at a pace that is so slow that he wouldn't even reach it by the end of hypothetical second term, either.

To be exact, at the current pace, Wisconsin with reach 250,000 additional jobs in late January of 2019.
