Lt. Gov. Kleefisch is quoted just now on Fox News Channel about the huge recall petition submittal:

Kleefisch faulted unions for playing politics with recall statutes intended to remove corrupt or incompetent politicians from office.

"This is a legal use of the rules, but 'improper' and 'illegal' are two totally different things. Do I think this is an improper use? Absolutely," she said.

So she may think, but first she should verify by reading the Wisconsin Constitution, whose recall language says nothing about "corrupt" or "incompetent" being requirements for recall.   But if that's the standard she wants to go by, then let us go ahead and send Kleefisch packing, since her inability to understand the language of the constitution clearly suggest she is incompetent.
