"For the first time in U.S. history, a personal inaction (not purchasing something, in this case, a health- insurance plan) will be deemed unlawful," Johnson’s piece said. "The person not committing this act (or is it committing an inaction?) will be subject to a fine. Or is it now, as the government contends, a tax? I'm confused." -- Sen. Ron Johnson, in a Wall Street Journal op ed.

Johnson's confused, all right, and not for the first time. He's still telling that same old story about his daughter needing life-saving care as an infant -- a story that has nothng to do with the federal health care laws.

For his efforts, Johnson rings up a False rating from PolitiFact.
