Judge Sumi says bill could be reconsidered, further proceedings announced

Judge Sumi said her ruling would not prohibit the Legislature from coming into session and acting on the bill again.

Sumi set further proceedings for March 29 and also said she will make available March 30 and April 1 for the matter. She asked the attorneys to submit witness lists and briefs by the end of business on March 28.
