As most of us expected, Judge Sumi this morning declared Act 10 to not be published, and not be in effect.  Perhaps now  Huebsch and Scott Fitzgerald will believe her -- Or perhaps they will just blindly push forward with the implementation of the bill anyway.

Which again begs the question -- why don't the Republicans just have a do-over and start over with the bill rather than continue to subject the state to this expense and drama?

It also begs the other question, in regard to the response -- if the conservatives complained over and over that Sumi was not clear on whether DOA was enjoined from acting --- why are they now complaining that she spelled it out for them?
